    Love these softgels. I like Kanavia's oil too, but I find these softgels to be so easy to take. I like taking one in the morning and sometimes I take one in the evening. It takes away my anxiety, helps with my joint pains and helps me fall into sound sleep at nights. I am amazed at how one product can help so many things all at once.
